I. Application:
Cap seal usage: bottle cap cover (lid wad)
Material: expanded polystyrene or else (in roll form as coil)
Color: white or else
Applicable expanded polystyrene sheet thickness: 2mm or else
Applicable expanded polystyrene sheet coil width: maximum 600mm
Applicable expanded polystyrene sheet coil outside diameter: customized

II. Basic required machines:
1. Automatic decoiler, model MT-600.
2. NC servo roller feeder, model NCF-600.
3. 20ton H frame two crank high speed press machine.
4. High speed stamping mold (stamping die).
5. Automatic recoiler.

III. Process:
1. The decoiler can decoil expanded polystyrene sheet coil automatically.
2. The feeder can clamp and feed expanded polystyrene sheet forward to the press machine automatically.
3. The press machine can punch the sheet through the mold, with 260 strokes per minute.
4. The mold can cut the sheet by the press machine drive.
5. After punched, the recoiler can rewind expanded polystyrene scrap sheet to be in roll form.
