I. Main features
1. These NCF-Z series zigzag NC servo roll feeders are very excellent feeding machines for thin metal sheet coils, with X-axis direction zigzag movement and Y-axis direction forward feeding.
2. Zigzag feeder can optimize the metal sheet utilization easily, in order to save material very well, so is very suitable for metal sheet circle blanking and multi-stage transfer stamping.
3. It can suit for various metal sheet coil material, such as cold rolled steel, hot rolled steel, galvanized steel etc.
4. With precise concentric steel rollers, strong mechanical structure, advanced servo motor and servo drive, advanced control system, and other precise components, so each feeder can ensure high quality feeding performance easily. Besides, it adopts high speed linear bearing, high quality steel rails with high rigid performance, high wear resistance, low friction load, low noise, for smooth zigzag movement.
5. With certificated electric parts, satisfied metal treatment, and safe electrical control, so it can protect users very well.
6. It has an automatic polit releasing for a roller, with pneumatic cylinder drive.
7. It has one set of Mitsubishi PLC, and two sets of Yaskawa servo motors. One motor is used for zigzag movement, another motor is used for forward feeding.
8. It has manual operation mode and automatic operation mode. The manual model is for trial feeding operation and feeding performance inspection, also for metal sheet coil end feeding. After inspect successfully, user can turn to automatic mode for continuous mass production easily.
9. It provides three segments of feeding at least, with different feeding length. for each segment. User can input and get various feeding strokes at a touch screen panel easily.
10. A piece of robber coated roller can be used for feeding thin metal sheet or protecting metal sheet surface well if required.
11. A piece of independent welded supporting bracket is provided as standard device, to support and mount the feeder frame well.
12. More feeding segments can be equipped as optional device also.
13. Beside English, Spanish, or Portuguese, or Polish, or Russian text can be adopted as optional, for the touch screen operation language, for various customers in different countries or areas.
