I. Main features
1. These GCF series high speed gear feeders are very suitable for high speed press machine stamping,
because of high speed feeding and long feeding pitches, to produce electric motor stator and rotor laminations and transformer core laminations efficiently.
2. They can suit for electric steel sheet coil, silicon steel sheet coil etc.
3. Maximum feeding speed reaches up to 500 strokes per minute.
4. Press machine’s output shaft drives the gear feeder’s two steel rollers to rotate and feed the steel sheet through one or two plastic bands transmission.
5. A roller can be released through an eccentric cam, which user can adjust its releasing angle easily.
6. A feeding length can be got through 4 pieces of gears combination. If want to get different feeding length, so use can exchange two or three or four gears manually.
7. About each gear feeder, we can provide some gears for free, for three kinds of feeding lengths only.
