1. These RF series high speed mechanical roll feeders are very precise feeding machines for high speed press machines and normal speed press machines commonly, with good feeding performance.
2. They can suit for various metal sheet coil material, such as cold rolled steel, hot rolled steel, galvanized steel, brass, copper, aluminum, iron etc.
3. Each feeder does not require electric power or pneumatic power, because a press machine’s output shaft can drive its two steel rollers to rotate and feed the metal sheet forward, through some connecting rods transmission synchronously.
4. As a mechanical feeder, it has a high quality level, a high feeding precision, and a low failure rate.
5. It is very suitable to produce metal eyelets, prong snap buttons, electric terminals, connectors etc.
6. Its feeding speed can reach 500 strokes per minute.
7. Its normal feeding tolerance is within ±0.05mm, beside can reach ±0.01mm if add guiding pin.
8. User can adjust and change feeding pitch lengths at its eccentric wheel easily.
