I. Main features
1. These TUS series straighteners are common and suitable for straightening various thin metal sheets very well.
2. As straightening speed is very fast, so they are very suitable for high speed press machines, for motor stator and rotor lamination stamping, transformer core lamination stamping etc.
3. Each straightener has a S shape loop to store the metal sheet, besides with some infrared sensors, so can work with high speed feeder synchronously.
4. It has four pieces of pinching rollers to clamp the metal sheet. User can adjust pressure for upper two rollers through hand wheels easily.
5. Eleven pieces of high quality straightening rollers can ensure perfect straightening performance.
6. In order to suit for different metal sheet thickness, user can adjust gap distance between upper straightening rollers and lower straightening rollers though hand wheels easily.
7. A motor drives for the rollers through gear transmission.
8. It has a compact electric control box for easy usage.
9. There are two operation modes, as manual mode and automatic mode. It can feed the metal sheet forward or reverse under manual model, in order to check trial straightening performance. After testing well, user can turn to automatic mode to work with feeder or another machine synchronously.
10. An inverter is equipped in order to adjust variable decoiling speed easily.
