1. These TL series straighteners are very common and suitable for straightening various thin metal sheet.
2. Each straightener has four pieces of pinching rollers to clamp the metal sheet. User can adjust pressure for upper two rollers through hand wheels easily.
3. Seven pieces of high quality straightening rollers can ensure perfect straightening performance.
4. In order to suit for different metal sheet thickness, user can adjust gap distance between upper straightening rollers and lower straightening rollers though hand wheels easily, with two metal scales as adjusting range reference.
5. A motor drives for the rollers through gear transmission.
6. It has a compact electric control box for easy usage.
7. It has an electronic sensor for automatic loop control.
8. There two operation modes, as manual mode and automatic mode. It can feed the metal sheet forward or reverse under manual model, in order to check trial straightening performance. After testing well, user can turn to automatic mode to work with feeder or another machine synchronously.
9. An inverter can be equipped as optional device, in order to adjust variable decoiling speed easily.
