I. Main features
1. These HS-T series straighteners are very common and suitable for straightening various thick metal sheet.
2. Each straightener has four pieces of pinching rollers to clamp the metal sheet. Pneumatic cylinders can bring pressure for upper two rollers automatically.
3. Nine pieces of high quality straightening rollers can ensure perfect straightening performance.
4. In order to suit for different metal sheet thickness, user can adjust gap distance between upper straightening rollers and lower straightening rollers though two hand wheels easily, with two metal scales and two dial indicators as adjusting range reference.
5. A motor drives for the rollers through gear transmission.
6. It has a compact electric control box for easy usage.
7. It has an electronic sensor rack for automatic loop control.
8. There are two operation modes, as manual mode and automatic mode. It can feed the metal sheet forward or reverse under manual model, in order to check trial straightening performance. After testing well, user can turn to automatic mode to work with feeder or another machine synchronously.
9. An inverter is equipped in order to adjust variable decoiling speed easily.
